Lexcellence [ISSN: Regd.] is a quarterly, double-blind, peer-reviewed open access E-journal run by the students of the School of Excellence in Law, The Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, Chennai. This Journal presents an opportunity to the legal community to contribute their research work and develop their expertise in the field of law. We seek to publish thought-provoking works of superior quality that would serve as an inspiration and a source of knowledge for generations to come
Our Aim
Lexcellence is an E-journal of School of Excellence in Law, TNDALU, Chennai that aims at encouraging students to contribute towards the legal fraternity by way of submitting Articles, Case comments, Papers, etc. It also presents law students all around the country an opportunity to access quality publications submitted to the journal which would in turn enhance every reader’s knowledge and perspectives about the law multifold. Giving ample amount of attention to the nuances in law and by pondering upon the solutions, students will be able to master the skill of Legal Research which proves to be instrumental in any area or field of law.
Our Objectives
• Making legal knowledge free and easily accessible to law students all over the country.
• Encouraging students to develop the skill of Legal Research by accepting submissions like papers, articles, case comments, etc.
• Providing adequate scope for students to try and experiment with the various Research Methodologies available which would in turn further enable them to choose the most appropriate one
• Presenting students an opportunity to get their work published which may prove to be a stepping-stone in any budding academician’s life.
• Providing a compilation of utmost quality work from students all over the country that are subjected to a rigorous three-stages review process where articles, papers, etc., are filtered out from the best of the best
• Aiming to provide a space where readers can gain insight about the various socio-legal issues currently persisting in the society
• Creating a comprehensive collection of works submitted and presenting it to the readers in a “one click away” manner
